REGISTRATION
Interested parties can register by filling in the online registration form. Participation is confirmed ONLY upon paying the registration fee and by sending the relevant proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat.

REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES
Companies that are interested in participating in the Congress (with individual and/ or group registrations) are kindly requested to contact the Congress Secretariat directly by sending their written request via e-mail to info@mk-premium.com

Confirmation of participation is made ONLY by paying the registration fee no later than 5 (five) working days after the registration request and sending the relevant proof of payment to the Congress Secretariat.

Registration fee does not include VAT 24% due to intracommunity transaction

Registration fee includes:
• Attendance to all scientific sessions of the Congress
• Visiting the exhibition area
• Electronic Certificate of Attendance

Immediately after submitting your online registration form, you will receive an automatic confirmation reply (to the e-mail address you have given) confirming the correct submission of your registration.
If you do NOT receive the confirmation e-mail, your registration has not been successful, and you will have to re-submit the registration form or contact the Congress Secretariat:

Note: There is an extra charge for credit card payments. Also, when paying with Paypal the extra charge is 3.5%


Cancellation Policy
Requests for registration cancellation must be submitted in written form to the Congress Secretariat.
In case of registration cancellation, the following applies:
• Cancellation until 02/05/2022: refund of 50% of registration fee
• From 03/05/2022: no refund

Cancellations by phone are not accepted. In case of a cancellation, the refund will be settled within 30 days after the end of the conference.
